Biography

A dedicated off-road motorcycle racer who has carved out a solid reputation in SCORE International competition, Wipperman brings both skill and determination to the challenging Baja Peninsula courses. Based in the heart of Baja California's racing community, he has developed an intimate knowledge of the terrain that has served him well throughout his career.

His most notable achievement came during the 2018 SCORE Baja 500, where he joined forces with an international team including Alexis Velarde, Joshua Wipperman, Mo Martinez, and Pedro Tellez aboard the #287x Honda CRF450X. The team's perseverance paid off with a strong 9th place finish in the Sportsman Motorcycle class, completing the grueling 542-mile course in 14 hours, 40 minutes, and 46 seconds. This impressive result placed them among the top finishers in a field that saw only 19 of 21 starters reach the checkered flag.

Wipperman's ability to work effectively within diverse racing teams, combined with his mechanical aptitude and racecraft, has made him a respected competitor in the SCORE community. His consistent approach to desert racing continues to earn him recognition among fellow competitors and fans who appreciate his commitment to the sport.

Competing against the two of them was Ana Rivas from Mexicali, Mexico, who organized the 21x team and was ready to take on San Felipe in the fastest pro moto class. Other teams included the 17x of Brian Wipperman and the 9x team of Ryan Jay Stephens, giving the class a total of five teams competing. Read More
