Justin Davis was the Spec TT Class winner at the BFGoodrich Tires 56th SCORE Baja 500. He had a relatively clean run to the finish, but definitely wouldn’t call it easy. Tires SCORE Baja 1000 Presented by 4 Wheel Parts, consider that nearly half of
the SCORE TT Spec class didn’t finish the race. Most of the racers had to deal
with several bottlenecks along the course along with large rocks and tough
conditions, leaving seventeen of the twenty-eight starters counting their blessings

One of the largest race classes at the 54th BFGoodrich Tires SCORE Baja 1000 Presented by 4 Wheel Parts, the SCORE Trophy Truck Spec teams came out in full force to win a peninsula run. For the 26 SCORE TT Spec competitors at the BFGoodrich Tires 53rd SCORE Baja 500 Presented by 4 Wheel Parts, the silt was perhaps their biggest challenge. Many got stuck or slowly pushed through the deep areas of silt where competitors caught up to each other and fought to get out in the fastest time. No one knew this better than Jason Coleman in the No. 292 Herbst/Smith Chevy. Coleman started the race first after winning the class in the SCORE San Felipe 250, but got high-centered early in the race, losing his position on the course. The battle of the buggies for Class 10 supremacy had been between Cody Reid, Chase Warren and Hiram Duran throughout the 2019 SCORE Season. But the Baja mud wasn’t good to these vehicles, many of them reporting having brakes overheating from being coated with mud.
