The Upland, California resident has demonstrated remarkable consistency and endurance in SCORE's most demanding motorcycle category, designed for riders over 60 years old.

Laycraft's championship pedigree shines brightest in the legendary Baja 500, where he led the 649x Honda CRF450X team to back-to-back class victories. His 2022 triumph alongside teammates Doug Smith, Craig Adams, Dave Potts, and Bob Johnson showcased the veteran racer's ability to maintain pace over the grueling 500-mile course, averaging over 33 mph through Baja's unforgiving terrain.

Beyond individual success, Laycraft has proven himself a valuable team contributor, including his role with the 609x Honda CRF450X squad that captured Pro Moto 60 honors at the Baja 1000.
