Noe Gutierrez - Class 11

Noe Gutierrez

Ensenada, BC - #1100

Biography

Racing out of the legendary Baja peninsula, this Ensenada native carries forward one of SCORE's most storied family legacies in VW-powered competition. The son of seven-time SCORE Baja 500 champion Sergio Gutierrez, Noe represents the next generation of the Gutierrez racing dynasty that has dominated desert racing for decades.

While his father's name appears among SCORE's elite champions with victories spanning from 1981 through 1991, Noe has forged his own path in the unforgiving Baja terrain. The Gutierrez family's deep connections throughout the peninsula, combined with decades of racing experience, provide a crucial advantage in navigating the ever-changing desert courses.

Known for his mechanical prowess and strategic race approach, Noe understands that success in SCORE competition requires more than raw speed—it demands intimate knowledge of the course, reliable preparation, and the ability to adapt when conditions deteriorate. His Ensenada base provides ideal access to pre-running opportunities and the extensive support network that has made the Gutierrez name synonymous with Baja racing excellence.

Following in his father's tire tracks, Noe continues building the family's impressive SCORE legacy while establishing himself as a formidable competitor in his own right.
